Moving On; Post 16 and Post 19 Options
Pupils at Meadowfield School achieve excellent outcomes in their transitions, whether they leave at 16, 19, or any point in between.
We provide support for our pupils and their families to explore options for further education, training, or employment. Each November, we host a successful Preparing for Adulthood Event, where providers of education, housing, employment, and care services come together to discuss the opportunities they can offer our young people after their time at Meadowfield School.
